Mr Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce is a soya-based marinade and barbecue sauce for use on beef, pork, chicken and fish. Considered as being Mr. Yoshida's signature product, this sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and savoury, resulting in the unique Asian tastes of soy sauce with garlic and seasonings.
Serving suggestion: Marinate scored fillets or steaks for 20-30 minutes. For poultry, simply pour enough marinade to coat the skin. For barbecuing, marinate for 1 hour prior to cooking.
