History
Santa Carolina, founded in 1875 and currently owned by the Larrain family, proudly champions Chilean Heritage with a focus on innovation. Through the journey of the valleys, Santa Carolina respects each varietal's typicity and treasures the expression of fruit.

Regional Information
A valley located on the highway between Santiago and the V Region. Its winemaking activity began toward the end of the 70's and is currently one of the fastest growing valleys. Its proximity to the ocean offers abundant coastal breezes with average temperatures of 15°C.

2018

Vinification Details
Hand-harvested grapes. 25% is fermented in open tanks, the rest, in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration. 10% of the blend gets barrel ageing. The blend has 6 months of french oak barrel ageing and it is bottled one year later.
