Product Description
This cleansing and conditioning co-wash cleanses without foaming. Formulated with fewer surfactants, 1-Hit-Wonder uses a conditioning base to attract and absorb excess oils. The plant oils blend with the natural oils produced by the scalp, collecting up the grime and residues, gently removing impurities without drying or stripping hair.

Active Ingredients

Sweet almond oil nourishes overworked hair, improving suppleness and condition.

Rich in its own type of fatty acids, castor oil works to enhance hair conditioning.

Anionic (negatively charged) coco glucoside helps water to mix with oil and dirt (positively charged) so they can be rinsed away.

Comforting coconut scent.

Recommended Usage
Curly Girls - use co-wash as often as you need.
Distressed or dry hair - introduce once a week. If it works for you, build up to every wash.
Sensitive scalps - introduce every two weeks to begin with.
Colour treated hair - use regularly post colour treatment to prevent fade, and then adjust based on hair type.
Oily scalp or hair - Co-wash may not be the product for you.
Fine hair - use intermittently alongside a volumising shampoo.

Transitioning to natural haircare

To get the most out of co-washing, it's important to introduce it gradually and tweak how often you integrate it into your routine. Use a co-wash instead of a shampoo. Depending on your hair type, you may choose to condition as well.

Don't go cold turkey - gradually replace the number of conventional shampoos you do with a co-wash. This will help your scalp to adjust and reduce any oily feeling you might experience in the transition.

When To Use Co-Wash
Be strategic about when you co-wash or shampoo. Use your co-wash on regular days or when your hair needs a little extra love.

Use conventional shampoos after big workouts or nights out when your hair is full of styling product and glitter.

Co-wash for the first couple of washes after you've had your hair coloured. It replenishes moisture lost to chemical treatments.

Directions: Apply a generous amount on wet hair. Distribute evenly and massage into scalp before smoothing through to ends. Leave on for three minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
