History
The CodornauRaventos family has been making wine since 1551 and in 1998 built the Legaris winery. Vineyard plots are purposely selected, grapes carefully handled and then benefit from state-of-the-art winery techniques, to produce a modern Verdejo expressing the great character of place that sets Rueda wines apart.

Vinification Details
Once harvested the grapes for this wine were destemmed and lightly crushed. The skins were then macerated for 4-6 hours before pressing and then fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine was then racked and left in its lees for at least two months before undergoing clarification and final filtering to ensure optimum stability and presentation.
