Take one caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
Long term intake of amounts greater than 10mg daily of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Change of urine colour whilst taking this product is perfectly normal due to the presence of Vitamin B2.
