History: The Castle was founded at the end of the XVIIIth century by the Barons de Vauxonne, and remained in the family up until 1892. Several winegrower families decided to acquire the castle in 1958, in order to restore its prestige, by creating one of the most important winery of the region.
Regional information: Grown on granite soils using traditional Beaujolais viticulture.
Vinification: Traditional beaujolais method: semi-carbonic maceration. Then, the wine is matured in stainless-steel tank to keep the typical crispness of the Beaujolais fruit.
