History
The old vines and exceptional location are within the most prestigious appellations of Mendoza: Tupungato and La Consulta.

Regional Information
In Argentina, the wine regions are of continental climate, where the main influence comes from the Andes rather than the ocean. Irrigation by the numerous rivers that carry water from the Andes makes the region fertile and rich. The vineyards are located at 1,200 meters elevation in the Valle de Uco, Tupungato-Mendoza.

Vinification Details
Hand harvested grapes with yields of 7 to 8 tons per hectare. Full berries are added into the tank for 72 hours of cold soak. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels to capture the variety's aromatics and bright fruit flavours. A total of 15 days of total skin contact occurs.
