At the southern end of the village on the boundry with Morey St Denis, this vineyard called “Aux Echezeaux” is a small parcel of vineyard, lying just under the Grand Cru’ Charmes Chambertin.
The wine has a fine depth and concentration, overlaid by the Jouan style which is supple and fruit forward. The 2017 wine is fresh, ripe, sweet and concentrated.
