What is it?
Holland & Barrett Milk Thistle capsules are a herbal food supplement. Milk Thistle is also known as Silybum marianum, it’s a bright pink flowering plant that grows wild in southern Europe, northern Africa, and the Middle East.
Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
