What is collagen and why do we need it?
The most abundant protein in the body, collagen is the thing that holds our skin, ligaments, muscles, bones and tendons together.
It is naturally produced in our bodies. However, as we age, from as early as our mid-20s, production steeply declines and what we do generate is of a lesser quality.
