Bastide Miraflors is a cuvée created from Grenache grown on weathered, alluvial clay soils combined with Syrah grown on schist in the village of Maury. In the Côtes Catalanes region, the grapes are harvested by hand; there is a long maceration of six weeks and the wine ages for 12 months in concrete tanks (Grenache) and 600L French oak demi-muids (Syrah). The vibrant purple hue is filled with notes of chocolate and blackberries, with a seamless and silky finish.
