Garlic Shrimp Linguine

- 8 oz. linguine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package instructions. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Toss cooked linguine with shrimp and garlic mixture. Top with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.

Instructions
Cook your spaghetti according to the package instructions. While pasta is cooking, beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in the parmesan cheese. In a separate pan, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until crispy. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and toss it in the egg and cheese mixture. Add the pancetta and the reserved pasta water and toss until the sauce is creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lemon Basil Pasta
