Preparation and Usage
Directions
Take 2-3 capsules per day.
Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example, one after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose: Take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
1. Per 3 capsules 4500 FCC (Food Chemical Codex) Units (1 FCC = 1 ALU) (Acid Lactase Unit).
For individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose, take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal. Tolerance to lactose is variable. Seek advice as to the role of this substance in your diet.
