Preparation

Cooking instructions: General

For best results always cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.
Important: All cooking appliances vary: These instructions are guidelines only. Please check food is cooked until piping hot. Not suitable for raw consumption. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan fry in 10 ish minutes

Grill: From Chilled

Pre-heat to medium heat. Place on wire rack. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly.

Oven cook: From Chilled

Pre-heat oven to 190��C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Place on a non-stick baking tray and cook for 9-12 minutes, turning regularly.

Shallow fry: From Chilled

Heat a frying pan, add a dash of vegetable oil on a medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes turning regularly.

Once open, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Do not exceed the use by date.
