History: The history of Prosecco Valdo began in 1926, when a group of enterprising winemakers from Valdobbiadene decided to join forces creating the Società Anonima Vini Superiori.
The great step forward in terms of quality started when the company was bought by the Bolla family and was renamed Valdo Spumanti. Since then, Valdo has given precedence to a culture of excellence, taste and know-how, earned by hard work and tireless passion.
It is from this passion that Prosecco Valdo is created.
Regional information: The Prosecco DOC area of production is located in North East Italy, and more precisely in territories falling within Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, one of the most beautiful territories in the whole of Italy.
Vinification: Pinot Noir: one day of maceration and subsequent soft pressing. Glera: soft pressing.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Charmat for 3 months and fine tuning in the bottle.
