2. Decide on the personalisation you'd like for your product. The character limits are: Line one - 22 characters, line two - 20 characters, line three - 25 characters, line four - 20 characters, line five - 10 characters.
3. Email your personalisation details directly to johnlewis@treatrepublic.com within 24 hours of ordering* including your name, order number and contact details. If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email.
