History
The Ned Rose was first released in 2015, our goal was to create a quality rose that was unique to the Waihopai Value and delivered a delightful, refreshing fruit driven wine.
We have dedicated specific blocks within our vineyard, tailoring cropping and canopy management to maximise concentration of flavour, balance and quality of fruit.
Each year the winemaking team tweak their technique to fit with the fruit from that specific vintage ensuring we deliver consistent style and quality.

Gently pressed to minimise colour and tannin pick up; the resulting juices were fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks with selected yeast strains, chosen for their ability to capture and enhance aromatic intensity whilst contributing to positive palate texture.
