The Macallan 15 Year Old Sherry Oak Scotch Whisky, 70cl

To produce this range, skilled masters craft a perfect harmony of flavours by combining whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned oak casks from both North America and northern Spain, a union showcasing the mastery for which The Macallan has been known since 1824.

Notes of dried fruit, toffee, vanilla and apple strike you first, then honey and chocolate too, with flavours of sultanas, ginger and citrus leading to a smooth finish. All this from 15yrs in American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry.
