Pink Martini - Add 60ml The King of Soho Varioum Gin,10ml Rose Vermouth, 2 drops absinthe into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir down. Then strain into a coupette glass and garnish with an orange zest. Classic G&T. Take a glass fill with ice add 50ml of The King of Soho Variorum Gin, top with classic tonic and garnish with slices of strawberry.
