Our Tom Yum Paste is a blend of fresh Thai herbs and ingredients, including lemongrass, galangal, lime and lime leaves sourced and blended in Thailand. It is ideal for a base of a hot and aromatic Thai soup.

Suggested use: 15g per serving.

Tom Yum Soup
Serves 4

You will need:
2-3tsps tom yum paste
150g large raw prawns, shelled
12 thinly sliced mushrooms
8 baby sweetcorn, halved
1tsp Thai Taste Fish Sauce
1 lime
Cooking instructions:
1. Stir 2-3tsps of tom yum paste into 500ml of boiling water.
2. Add the prawns, mushrooms and baby sweetcorn, then simmer on low heat until the aromas are released (10 mins).
3. Season to taste with the fish sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice.
