Their organic vineyards use composted manure instead of chemical fertilisers and encourage natural insect predators instead of insecticides. The organic Glera for this Prosecco is sourced from selected vineyards in Veneto & Friuli Venezia Giulia.Winemaker Claudio Galosi creates a special coupage for this organic Prosecco Spumante base cuvée.
