Regional information: The Copper Series Prestige Cuvée is a luscious sparkling wine showcasing zesty, vibrant, and fruit-driven flavours.
Vinification: The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperatures after the addition of selected yeast strains. This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters. Post fermentation the wine was blended and bottled to maintain ultimate freshness.
