You could use this in place of the Lea & Perrins for my Cosy Supper Stir-Fry or just shake it over at regular intervals as you eat! Fabulous in a Bloody Mary, it's also great for marinades and, indeed, anything that needs invigorating. Instructions
Shake well. Marinade: To get the most flavorful kick, pour half a bottle over uncooked meat and let sit in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes. Basting: Mix 4 tablespoons of Chipotle Sauce with 2 tablespoons of molasses or honey and brush on during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Chipotle can also be sprinkled on as a condiment or poured on like a steak sauce.Quick Fix: Add a good measure to your favourite barbecue sauce or canned baked beans for a smoky flavor twist.So, pour it on!
