Pre heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/ gas mark 6. Place the joint into a roasting tray, brush over oil and seasoning. Place in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes (rare), 45-50 minutes (medium) or 50-60 minutes (well done). Pre-heat the oven to 220C / Fan 200C / Gas Mark 6.
