Uses

The SELFCheck Bowel Health Test requires a small stool (faeces) sample, hygienically collected using the collection stick provided. The sample is then placed in a developer solution and dropped onto a test cassette which gives a simple yes/no answer as to whether blood has been detected. The test takes 10 minutes to complete and does not need to be sent away. It is advised that should you have any concerns or questions about your test result that you consult your Doctor.

Tips and Advice

The SELFCheck Bowel Health Test can be used at any time of the day during a bowel movement. No dietary restrictions are required with the FIT technology used in the test. In women, the test should not be performed within 3 days of your period.
