Schwartz x The Real Greek Kokkinisto Stew 30g

Just Add:
2 tbs olive oil
450g lean beef, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tbs tomato pure
400ml water

3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Pre heat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 5.
2. Heat oil and fry beef and onion until browned, add tomato pure and stir through. Transfer to a casserole dish.
3. Mix seasoning with water and add to casserole. Stir, cover and cook for 1 hour 50 mins, or until meat is tender.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.

The Real Greek Chef suggests...trying wtih chicken for a quicker alternative, simply reduce the cooking time to just 1 hour. For a veggie option try with 2 tins drained chickpeas and a chopped red pepper, reducing the oven cook time to 1 hour.
