You will need. 2 tbs oil.450g (1lb) stewing steak, cubed.1 large onion, chopped.2 carrots, peeled and sliced.1 packet Schwartz Beef Casserole Recipe Mix.300ml (1/2 pint) water. Cooking Instructions - 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350 °F, Gas Mark 4.2. Heat the oil and fry the steak, onion and carrots for 3-4 minutes in a frying pan. Transfer to a casserole dish.3. Blend the packet contents into the water and add to the casserole dish. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.4. Serve with creamy mashed potato and green vegetables.

Drain excess liquid and transfer to a casserole dish.3 Mix seasoning with water and stir in. Cover and cook in oven for 2 hours, until the meat is tender.Try Something Different:Delicious with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. For an even richer sauce, try adding a dash of red wine to the casserole before cooking.
