Recommended daily dose:

ADULTS & CHILDREN 12+ YEARS: 10ml (2 teaspoons)

CHILDREN 3-12 YEARS: 5ml (1 teaspoon)


Increased dose for extra support:

ADULTS & CHILDREN 12+ YEARS: 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times daily

CHILDREN 3-12 YEARS: 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times daily
