INGREDIENTS: Water, Sugar, Onions, Carrots (6%), Mixed Peppers (5%), Spirit Vinegar, Modified Maize Starch, Pineapple (3%), Concentrated Pineapple Juice, Tomato Purée, Bamboo Shoot (1%), Salt, Ginger Purée, Tamarind Concentrate, Colour: Paprika Extract; Ground Ginger, Onion Powder, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Ground Black Pepper.

Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

To pan fry. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced Chicken breast. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes stirring regularly. Stir in the contents of the jar of sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Moderate heat. 13-16 mins.
