Before cooking: Empty prawns onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 22 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

To pan fry 1/2 pack from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add prawns and stir fry. During cooking: Turn frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Remove the prawns from packaging and place on a plate. Spread evenly, cover with film and place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
