Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:Tomato Powder, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Chilli Powder (Chilli Powder, Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Oregano, Chilli Extract, Anti-caking Agent:Silicon Dioxide), Chipotle Chilli Powder (5%), Salt, Ancho Chilli Powder, Lemon Peel, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Nutmeg, Oregano, Anti-caking Agent:Silicon Dioxide, Lime Flavouring (0.5%).


Preparation and Safety

Lime & Chipotle Chicken Tacos (Serves 4)

 

Oven cook from chilled:

190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5(190°C)

45 minutes

 

Before cooking: Preheat Oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5 (190°C). Transfer 500g chicken breasts into a bowl and coat with 2 tbsp. oil. Add half the content of seasoning pot to the chicken, ensure evenly coated. Transfer chicken into an oven proof bag or wrap in parchment paper and into oven and cook for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked through.

During cooking: Shred an iceberg lettuce and set aside.

After Cooking: Once cooked, remove from oven & allow chicken to cool slightly & transfer to a chopping board. Use two forks to shred chicken, leave to one side. Heat a non-stick pan and toast soft tortillas (2 per person). Remove from frying pan and create tortillas by piling shredded chicken in the tortilla, add shredded lettuce, roll & enjoy. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
