INGREDIENTS:Water, Double Cream (8%) (Cows' Milk), Onions, Modified Maize Starch, Butter (2%) (Cows' Milk), Sugar, Tomato Purée (1%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée, Salt, Ginger Purée, Ground Cumin, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Lactic Acid; Ground Coriander, Paprika, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum; Garam Masala (Coriander, Cassia, Cumin, Allspice, Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Fennel, Dill, Mace, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder), Colour: Paprika Extract; Dried Fenugreek Leaf, Ground Cassia, Turmeric, Ground Cardamom, Chilli Powder.

Cooking instructions: Hob

To cook Butter Chicken on the hob Before cooking: Heat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced chicken breast. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes. Stir regularly. Stir in the contents of the jar of sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
