To heat on the hob. Before heating: Empty the contents into a saucepan. During heating: Stir thoroughly. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour. After Heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Moderate heat 3-4 mins

Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Before Heating: Empty the contents into a microwaveable dish and cover. During Heating: Stir halfway through. Recover and continue heating.
