Instructions
Hot Therapy
Prior to placing the gel pack in the microwave, ensure the gel is evenly dispersed and the pack is flat and even. (Do not heat the gel pack together with the included cover). Place the gel pack in the microwave and heat for 40 seconds. Please note that some microwaves may require additional heating time. If additional heating is necessary, continue to heat in 10 second intervals.

Cold Therapy
To cool from room temperature, place in freezer for at least two hours. (Alternatively store the gel pack in the freezer at all times to ensure it is always ready for cold therapy). Prior to application to skin, place inside protective cover provided or wrap with a tea towel.
Do not use directly on the skin. Use the pack in 15 to 20-minute intervals.
