Cooking instructions: ShallowFry
Pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat 1tsp. (5ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and evenly spread out the burgers into the pan. During cooking: Pan fry on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning the burgers every 2 minutes during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
