Preparation and Usage
Defrosting: Fridge: 8 hours lying flat in their sachet Cooking time: To be cooked through before consuming Cooking (after defrosting): Frying pan or grill: sear the hamburgers on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Continue to cook on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Cooking without defrosting: Frying pan or grill: Sear the hamburgers in a lightly-oiled hot frying pan or grill pan for 2 minutes on high heat on each side. Continue cooking for a further 8 minutes on medium heat, turning them regularly.
