This cheese is lovingly crafted in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Mantua using the same techniques and production methods that were established by the monks who first created it in the region. The Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is left to mature to create a strong and well-balanced flavour with an intense, lingering aroma.
