Jun is known as the “Champagne of Kombucha” due to its delicate taste, as it is fermented with raw honey instead of processed cane sugar, which gives it a smoother, lighter flavour profile without the the vinegar taste commonly found in Kombucha.

It has been fermented in small batches using the finest Sencha and organic green Darjeeling teas, premium botanicals, and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire.
