With an iFIT subscription, you can follow expert iFIT Trainers through thousands of outdoor workouts spanning the most beautiful locations across all seven continents on the 10” Tilting Touchscreen. iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 12% incline and your 0-16 KPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze™ Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily using the hydraulic EasyLift™ assist.
