The Coni Sporty High Waist knicker sits just over the belly button for full coverage. They have a seam-free, scalloped edging for no VPL, they cannot be seen under the tightest of gym leggings. They offer discreet protection from light leaks and the beginning and end of your period. Absorbing up to 10ml (1-2 tampons worth).
