History: Nature and Sun is the wine range in which Bosman Family Vineyards explores organic winemaking. Vinification: Hand harvetsed on 29 January 2020. Destemmed to a stainless steel tank. Natural Fermentation, with pressing after 21 days skin contact (total time on skins 3 weeks). Uninoculated full malolactic fermentation. No additions of acidity. Unoaked. the intention was to seek the fine tension and clarity of Chenin Blanc when left in contact with its skins for an extended period.
