Shake before use. Towel dry your hair and brush through. Then, spray tonic onto scalp, concentrating on the areas of concern, massaging in for a minute or two, then follow your normal styling routine. Do not rinse out. Use after birth in postpartum phase, applying twice daily for three months for optimum results. For best results use in combination with our ' Postpartum Hair Growth Mask'
