Preparation and Usage
We all have individual tastes never more so than with porridge. This is our traditional recipe; please adjust the water or milk level to suit your own preferences.
Alternatively simply sprinkle a small handful over your porridge, soup or salad or blend into smoothies or baking mixes for a quick healthy boost. Easy!

Hob - From Ambient. For delicious Mornflake Oatbran Porridge we recommend cooking on the hob:
For one portion mix 40g (1/2 cup) with 200ml (1 cup) water or milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil; then simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally; leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
