Ovulation Progesterone Blood Test
A laboratory blood test with simple at-home collection which to identify whether or not you have ovulated - an essential first step in any investigation into fertility.
For women planning a pregnancy, healthy levels of progesterone are important for conception. A progesterone test performed 7 days before your next period is due can identify whether or not you have ovulated as it will show whether your progesterone level was high enough for ovulation to have occurred. It is important to take this test 7 days before your next period is due. If you don't have a regular cycle then aim to take the test on the 21st day after the start of your last period.
