All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find yeast on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Storage
For Best Before, see front of pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Serve warm or cold.
To serve warm: Remove product from packaging.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Ambient. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power. Remove all packaging.
For 1 wrap.
750w 10 sec, 850w 8 sec
For 8 wraps.
750w 45 sec, 850w 30 sec; Oven cook - From Ambient. Preheat oven. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in the centre of the oven. Remove all packaging.
200C, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 8 min; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Preheat a dry frying pan. Place one wrap into the pan. Heat for 15 sec, turning once. Remove all packaging.
