For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C. Not suitable for freezing. Once opened, consume within 3 days (and by date mark shown).

Serving
This product is best served at room temperature. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Remove cardboard sleeve. Place the vacuum pack for 30 secs in warm water (between 25C and 30C) before opening. Remove plastic packaging, then place product on a plate (meat facing down) and remove cardboard tray.
