Cajun King Prawns - Serves 2
You Will Need
10g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 165g raw king prawns, 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Method
1. Using a frying pan, heat up the oil & butter over a medium-high heat.
2. Toss the prawns & the seasoning into the pan.
Pan fry for 4 mins turning halfway through.
3. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
