A little 150ml can is the perfect amount for one drink (you might want to get the 250mls if you’re entertaining) and to Palomarise it, pour a couple of shots of white tequila into a long glass, add the juice of half a lime, tumble in ice generously, then top up with the grapefruit soda. This makes a wonderfully sour, refreshing summer drink; if you want it a bit sweeter, do add simple syrup, or you could go off-piste and use a little elderflower cordial instead.
