History
Founded in 1760, Maison Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne Houses. A family property, guaranteeing the lasting values of the brand. Regional Information
Benefitting from a specific climate, soil quality and topography, the Champagne terroir includes a mosaic of micro-terroirs endowed with unique characteristics. The Champagne terroir has two major distinguishing features: northerly latitude and a dual climate that is subject to both oceanic and continental influences. Another key feature of the Champagne terroir is its predominantly limestone subsoil, which keeps the vines naturally watered all year round.

The blending of the best Crus from two very different regions offers a unique balance to the wine: the Cte des Blancs producing fine and elegant grapes and the Montagne de Reims giving fleshy and rich grapes. Le Blanc de Blancs has all the characteristics of a great Chardonnay.
