Colour Freedom Cream Peroxide Developer is a fast-acting permanent lightening formula designed for use with Colour Freedom Bleach Powder. Achieve fantastic at home blonde results, be that whole head, highlights, balayage or retouch your regrowth. Use in combination with the Colour Freedom range of blonde toners for the exceptional ultimate blonde that you want to be.
Always read the safety instructions and application methods at least twice. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We advise, and it is stated on the product instructions, everyone should perform a strand test and allergy test before dyeing their hair (for all colourant products), even if they have used the product before, as that ensures they will achieve the right result. Contains Hydrogen Peroxide. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always use suitable gloves. Use one packet of Colour Freedom powder bleach with one bottle of colour freedom cream peroxide developer. Do not use with other products.
